August 2 — Delight Is a Spiritual Practice, Communion Sunday
Delight is not a distraction from faithfulness. It is faithfulness. What if God is less interested in your productivity than in your joy? Pastor Matt preaching.

August 9 — Enough Is Enough
Manna is a gift and a lesson: Manna teaches us to take what we need, release scarcity, resist endless consumption, and trust tomorrow to God. Pastor LaTayna preaching.

August 16 — The Body Knows
God meets exhaustion with food, water, sleep, and care. Our bodies carry wisdom, limits, and holy needs. Pastor Madison preaching.

August 23 — Rest Is a Practice, Not a Destination
Sabbath is not a one-time retreat or reward after exhaustion. It is a life-giving rhythm we practice. Mary and Martha is tricky (it’s been misused to devalue domestic labor) but today we reclaim it. Pastor LaTayna preaching.

August 30 We Rest into What Remains
Rest before the season turns, Sabbath before the labor resumes. As the season turns, we honor Gloria Grant’s ministry, bless what remains, and return our souls to God’s rest. We will also comission our Adult Mission Trip this Sunday. (Our Adult Mission trip takes place September 2-7, 2026, at Bethlehem Farm, West Virginia.) Pastor Matt preaching, to close out our summer sermon series.
