SPIRITUAL FORMATION

Spiritual Formation programs at CCC provide people of all ages opportunities to develop their personal connection with God and further develop their understanding of God’s meaning to them.

Spiritual Formation is comprised of the following:

Church School is open to children in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Nursery care is also available for children younger than two during the worship service.

The Cooperative Youth Ministry (CYM) is open to students in middle school and high school. CYM gathers weekly on Sunday nights for a potluck dinner followed by spiritual formation and fun activities.

Adult Education meets weekly and serves to provide members with an opportunity to learn about faith and further explore their own.

Our Fellowship Groups help form, support, and reproduce spiritual life in its members. These small groups meet weekly.

The Ruth Richardson Scholarship Committee is responsible for selecting the candidate to be awarded The Ruth Richardson Scholarship. This annual scholarship is awarded to an applicant who has (1) completed 2 years or more of college or university study (2) shown an interest in pursuing a career in a human service profession (with priority given to those in the education field) (3) is a member of Christ Congregational Church or whose parent(s) are members.
