She is a professional artist and is in numerous private and public collections nationally and internationally. More info on her website:

For those arriving on Saturday, the first morning session will begin at 10 a.m.

The retreat ends at approximately noon on Sunday.

Wilding-White, and “In Remembrance” from Requiem by Eleanor Daley. We will also have a presentation of Because We Care by Marilyn Hall and Christopher Lewis. Our Lay Reader this Sunday will be Renee DeMars-Johnson.

The Service will also include “Pillars of Strength and Trust”, an Embrace Liturgy. This is a celebration of our faith community’s past, present, and future. During the service, there will be time for you to speak about the legacy of those who’ve been foundational in shaping our faith journey and celebrate those who continue to make our community a place of warmth, love, and trust. Come ready to embrace the rich history of our congregation, while also looking ahead to how we can build on this strong foundation. We invite you to be a part of this inspiring journey as we recognize and appreciate the pillars of our beloved faith community.

But that’s not all! After the service, stay for lunch! CCC’s Stewards of the Earth are presenting a special Lunch and Learn event – “Electrify Everything” – with a speaker from the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection. Details below. There will also be a fundraiser rug sale for an immigrant family from Afghanistan. These colorful rugs are handcrafted by the women of the family who remain in Afghanistan.
