We’re at a pivotal moment in our decision making about our church property, and your perspective is crucial. This survey is a chance for you to share your thoughts on selling the church property and shaping our future. Please use the provided link or QR Code to access the survey. Whether you’ve been part of this community for years or just joined, your voice matters. Your responses will guide decisions that impact us all. This is an online only survey that will be live until December 8 (extended deadline).

• The Survey is set up so it can be completed more than once using the same device; laptop, PC, phone, tablet, etc. It is possible that certain devices or browser settings may prevent multiple
  submissions. You may find you need to use an alternative browser, or refresh
  your browser.
• While the survey includes a combination of rank order, multiple choice and open ended questions, it is designed to capture your individual thoughts, feelings, and perspectives. There are many open-ended questions for your thoughtful input.
• All of the questions on the survey REQUIRE a response in order for you to move one to the next question. If you do NOT want to answer any of the open-ended questions, simply put “NA” in the comment box and move on to the next question.
• Plan to complete the survey in its entirety once you begin. Your responses will NOT be saved if you close your browser and come back later. Make sure to press the “Done” button at the bottom of the screen when completed.
• We estimate the survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
