Join us in person or on Zoom at 10:30 for morning worship with guest organist Colin Carmody. Sunday’s service is based on the rhythms of the ancient practice of Lectio Divina.
Lectio Divina is a contemplative way of reading the Bible. It dates back to the early centuries of the Christian Church. It is a way of praying the scriptures that leads us deeper into God’s word. We slow down. We read a short passage more than once, ruminating over slowly and carefully.
Spaghetti Lunch for Missions
CYM youth will be hosting a Spaghetti Luncheon right after worship at CCC TODAY in the Social Hall. This is a fundraiser for CYM Mission 2023 (in Neptune City, NJ from July 17-22). CYM is working hard to prepare for this event. Cost: $10 per plate. All CCC members and friends are invited! All ticket sale proceeds go toward supporting CYM’s mission trip. invited!
