*Call to Worship
God will surprise us with kindness.
Our lives will be carried beyond
the horizons of human mercy
and enriched with overflowing love.
On this road we may find in faith
the free gifts of God through Christ.
Then, in celebration we will refresh the world
with generosity beyond the common place.

Prayer Of Invocation And The Lord’s Prayer
Generous God, invite us to the banquet of new life flowing from your gracious heart. Welcome us and open our hearts to receive the love you spread across the table of life. Your table is filled with packages of hope and joy. Help us unwrap these gifts and the share them with others. We pray as Jesus taught, Holy God, who art in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Amen.

Silent Reflection
As we pause to reflect on the invitation to turn towards God again, may echoes of grace fill us with courage to live in gratitude. Open yourselves to God with chosen words and in self-searching silence.

*Hymn of Going Forth #256 We Live by Faith and Not By Sight DUNLAP’S CREEK
Benediction
We have experienced God’s mercy.
We have been filled by God’s Word.
We know the steadfastness of God’s love.
So, now let the words that go out from our mouths
and the deeds that are lived by our hands return to this sanctuary,
not empty but accomplishing God’s purpose,
succeeding in the things for which God sends us into the world.
Go in the name of Christ!
