Church Activities | Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the church shall be held in late May or June, as determined by the Executive
Council, to receive the yearly reports of the boards, officers, organizations and departments; to elect officers and new board members; to adopt the budget for the next fiscal year; to transact other business; and to plan for the new year.Notices of the annual meeting shall be given on the two preceding Sundays.
The Annual Meeting of Christ Congregational Church/UCC will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2011 after the second Sunday service in the sanctuary, additional information and agenda items will follow.

According to the CCC Constitution, the new fiscal year starts at the conclusion of that meeting for all church boards and committees. All boards and committees are asked to identify their 2011-2012 chairs and co-chairs during May meetings. All new members of boards, proposed by the nomination committee at the annual meeting and voted on by the congregation, will be"in office" as of June 5th 2011. Please update your board & committee membership rosters and email groups in early June and send an updated list of chairs & co chairs to the church office and Tom Gustafson.
